Milux Corp Bhd subsidiary T.H. Hin Sdn Bhd has entered into an agreement to sell a 10,627-sq m land in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya to Albert Wines & Spirits (M) Sdn Bhd for RM10.98mil.

“The proceeds will be utilised in part to redeem fully the property and the balance sum shall be used for working capital,” it told Bursa.
